The world's biggest indoor skydiving flight chamber and tallest indoor climbing wall are set to open under one roof in Abu Dhabi.
They are part of the indoor adventure venue, Clymb Abu Dhabi, which is set to open at Yas Island on 29 November. The geometrically-designed building will break two world records. The flight chamber is the widest in the world at 10m wide and 25m high, and it will cater for visitors as young as three years of age right up to expert level.
Clymb is also home to the world’s tallest indoor climbing wall, The Summyt, at 43m high. It will offer climbing experiences to its guests of all competency levels. Beginners can enjoy various wall options to suit their preference and climbing level, while more advanced climbers can push their limits at The Summyt. The building will also house retail outlets, private event space and dining options.
The new indoor adventure facility joins the likes of Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld and Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi on the man-made island, which is home to some of the UAE's most exciting attractions, racing events, concerts and luxury hotels. “We can’t wait to reveal this exciting project," says general manager, John Rogers. "Clymb Abu Dhabi offers an unforgettable adventurous experience for residents as well as visitors to the capital from all over the world.”
