If you enjoy taking a break while eating delicious sweets but also the chance of upping your Instagram feed with some on-point photos, then Los Angeles has a new café you need to check out.

Luxury design label Mansur Gavriel, based in New York City, partnered up with Ladurée to create a café for Mansur Gavriel’s Melrose Place shop in the City of Angels. Parisian-based Ladurée is better known as the creator of the macaron, and you can bet they will definitely feature in the new Melrose Place Café.

The café’s menu is described as a “fresh take on Ladurée classics,” including avocado toasts, omelettes, macarons and various other pastries. However, the crown jewel of the café will be the new dessert La Rose, created exclusively by Ladurée for this collaboration with Mansur Gavriel. La Rose is made of rose panna cotta with raspberry confit, rose pound cake biscuit and a white chocolate shell, and it looks both delicious and extremely Instagrammable, which is always a bonus!

“We are so excited to have Ladurée joining our Melrose store, adding a warm touch to our clean, nature-inspired space,” said Rachel Mansur and Floriana Gavriel. “Its immersive, opulent and dreamy environments are closely aligned with our brand and vision, and its European menu will be a beautiful addition to our store experience".

The Melrose Place Café will seat 28 guests and feature both indoor and outdoor seating, with a huge garden patio adding to the “nature-inspired space” mentioned by Mansur and Gavriel. If you’d like to know more about it, you can check out Mansur Gavriel’s Melrose Place official website here.
