It is a square-shaped chedi with intricate, old stucco designs. Originally, it was a beautiful Buddha image hall. It is said that in the past, the Buddha images here were in the Chiang Saen style, and one of the sacred Buddha statues was known as Phra Lai Ka. Later, during a time of war, the Shan people sought refuge in Phalat Cave and built Buddha images here for worship and spiritual support. Today, it is a popular spot within the temple where Buddhists come to practice meditation and engage in spiritual activities.
