Cayfayate wine region – Argentina

Fewer tourists make it to Cafayate (welcomeargentina.com/cafayate), Argentina’s ‘other’ wine country, famous for the aromatic white varietal Torrontés, but it’s an easy side trip from Salta, a city many travellers pass through on their way to or from Bolivia.
