Belgian-Swiss design duo Jan Pauwels and Maximilian Scharl have opened this multilevel colourful rooftop terrace above their flagship medina concept store, with cosy nooks, boho rattan lighting and Berber-style banquette seating under big parasols. The menu is an eclectic mashup of pizza, quinoa salads and Moroccan dishes that use artistic licence, including an ingenious tanjia-spiced beef fillet with chunky chips.
