Hentley Farm

Barossa Valley

What? Yet another of SA's best restaurants here in the Barossa? Correct. Hentley Farm is a top-quality outfit, occupying an 1880s stables building on Hentley Farm itself, now more given over to grapevines than anything requiring a stable. Chef Lachlan Colwill's menu is regional all the way, paired with superb wines from the adjacent cellar door. Just wonderful.
