Maui is laid-back, but sometimes you have to plan ahead. Dinner at Sansei is one of those times – make a reservation or queue early for the sushi bar. The creative appetizer menu offers everything from a shrimp cake with ginger-lime chili butter to lobster-and-blue-crab ravioli. Fusion dishes include Japanese jerk chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and herb beurre fondue.

Between 5pm and 6pm Sunday and Monday, and 5:30pm and 6pm Tuesday through Saturday, all food is discounted 25%. Appetizers and sushi are discounted 50% from 10pm to 1am Thursday through Saturday.
