On the road into Perquín is a reputable and attractive mountain retreat hand-built by an American expatriate who excels in community projects. Finished with wood, the rooms and cabins are wholesome and spacious, all with hot water. Hiking and cultural tours are readily available. The views from the restaurant are superb.
