This rangy homestead 35km from Hawker on the southern fringes of Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park offers everything from tent sites to luxe eco-villas, a 1950s self-contained house and a caravan park with cabins and dorms. Activities include mountain-bike hire (half-/full day $30/60), bushwalks, 4WD tours and scenic flights. The excellent Woolshed Restaurant is also on-site. Great stuff.
