Tohzah Restaurant

Top choice in Chittagong Hill Tracts

This modest restaurant is the best place in town to sample Marma cuisine. The main themes are a mountain of ginger and a volcano of chillies, plus the novelty of finding pork on the menu. There's no English menu, but the staff seem happy to help with orders, offering up some tasty greens as side dishes plus rice and soup.

If you're lucky (and brave) you might even find lizard on the menu; those of a more hesitant disposition might prefer to opt for bamboo chicken.
