The chance for a true breakfast at Tiffany’s has finally arrived in Europe with the opening of the first Tiffany Blue Box café in the Old Continent.

The Blue Box café will open in London following the one inside Tiffany & Co’s flagship store on New York City’s Fifth Avenue. The European café will be located inside the famous shopping centre Harrods, and it will be an ode to Tiffany’s history as one of the most famous jewellery and luxury brands around the world.

As the name suggests, the café’s inspiration comes from the famous blue boxes that contain every single Tiffany jewel – stepping into the café will “create the illusion of dining inside one” of those famed boxes starting from the famous Tiffany Blue colour, which of course will dominate the café’s design palette.

Some décor element will mirror those of the New York café, while others have been uniquely designed to suit this new London opening. What’s certain is that guests will be surrounded by Tiffany jewels as they enjoy a menu made up of locally sourced ingredients and offering breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner options. Among the dishes served there will be the Central Park Salad, for example, and the famous Blue Box Celebration cake.
