Island-hopping, sunset-sailing, private cooking classes…it’s a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it.
Unforgettable Greece just debuted in August, but its team is already thinking long term. The new operator is looking for an Instagrammer to join an all-expenses-paid tour next summer, and they’ll even let you bring a friend along for the ride – and all you have to do is post your drool-worthy, envy-inspiring photos of the trip on the proper channels.
The nine-day sojourn will hit the country’s highlights in Athens, Mykonos, Santorini, and Crete, and it’s no bargain-basement operation. You’ll be put up in luxe accommodations and receive the white-glove treatment throughout, including private tours (think: a guided look at the Acropolis and a survey of Mykonos’s best beaches by Jeep) and a sunset Santorini sail (the cliffside village of Oia photographs well any time of day, but it’s particularly beautiful at magic hour, especially when seen from the water).
The icing on the cake? The winner will receive a new Samsung S10 for picture-taking purposes, and £500 (about US$640) for their time. The contest is open to residents of all countries, but applicants have to be 18 or older, with a demonstrative passion for travel and photography.
“If you can reel off the best travel hashtags, are always looking for opportunities to capture a scenic shot, and know how to make people double-tap on your Insta shots, we want to hear from you,” the company’s site says. “We are looking for someone with a sense of adventure who isn’t afraid to try new things and throw themselves into a new environment.”
