The Syracuse-based Gannon’s is known for its rotating 200+ homemade flavors. The Valley location will remain open until Christmastime this year and right now, you can find fall foliage and sweets such as Pumpkin Pie, Pumpkin Chip, Pumpkin Oreo and Apple Cookie.

Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream
Molly Moon’s delicious creamy ice creams are made fresh in one of their four locations with 90 percent locally sourced ingredients. Molly’s philosophy is the shared love of ice cream brings people together for the common goal of pure happiness. Pumpkin Clove is a sweet and spicy collaboration made with pumpkin and sweetened with organic cane sugar and spiced with organic ground clove, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Ample Hills founders Brian Smith and Jackie Cuscuna want their creamery to bring joy to the community and serve as a backdrop to your most cherished memories. One flavor that’s sure to linger in your thoughts is the popular Maple Bourbon. The indulgent treat has a sweet cream maple ice cream with the perfect complement of chocolate-coated maple candied pecans imparting a hint of bitter and warm, toasty, nutty notes.
