Luca Catalfamo's second ramen restaurant really is super. Not least because you can book a seat here. His velvety-smooth ramen is still the highlight, but there are other not-to-be-missed dishes like the pork and fermented cabbage gyoza (dumplings) and the irresistible spicy ribs. Just remember to follow the 'Ramen Rules' and slurp up the last dregs of your soup noisily.
