Known for burgers catered to any time of day. Breakfast burgers and egg sandwiches come in a Belgian waffle bun, while traditional burgers are smothered in mushrooms, blue cheese and bacon. Excellent fried-chicken sandwiches and a well-curated selection of craft beer, wine and milkshakes too. Harnessing local Kauaʻi produce and ingredients is an important part of the Nom ethos.

At the time of writing, owners Thomas and Alicia were planning on opening Munchology – a lounge and eatery specializing in shared plates – in an adjacent Coconut Marketplace location.
