DeMotte Campground

Kaibab National Forest

Near Kaibab Lodge (on Hwy 67, about 6 miles north of the North Rim entrance, in Kaibab National Forest), DeMotte Campground's 38 sites are perched on the edge of a meadow teeming with wildlife. Too bad the sites are crammed so close together. Half of them are first-come, first-served; none have hookups. It usually fills up between noon and 3pm.

Book site #32 on Loop B for some slight semblance of solitude.
