World War II Memorial Lookout

Great Ocean Road

While the old water tower (c 1932) houses an interesting WWII collection donated by locals, it's of most interest for its commanding 360-degree views of the coast and town from atop its glassed-in observation deck.

It's a stop along the Portland Cable Tram route.
