Grand Central Baking Co

Pioneer Square, International District & SoDo

Grand Central – located in the eponymous building – is considered one of the best bakeries in Seattle. Its artisanal breads can be bought whole or sliced up for sandwiches in its cafe and enjoyed in the red-brick confines of the Grand Central mall, or at a Euro-chic table in Occidental Park just outside. Beware the lunchtime queues.

There are eleven other locations, seven of them in Portland, OR.
