Honu Poké & Matcha Bar

Jalan Jaksa Area

Jakarta has joined the poké revolution. This cool little local chain serves 10 varieties of the Hawaiian protein bowls. The 'torched' bowl comes with flame-seared salmon, salmon belly, shiitake, red radish, edamame, nori and tobiko. There's also raw tuna, tofu and chicken options, all served with veggies on a bed of rice.

Wash it down with matcha, cold brew or fresh juice. There's also a branch in South Jakarta.
