Follow the signs through alleyways and under low doorways to one of southern Morocco's best restaurants. Colourful tables are arrayed under the dappled shade of a sprawling fig tree. The menu is meat-heavy, with lamb, beef and turkey, but there's often a seafood plat du jour. Side dishes include a delicious cucumber and melon soup or Moroccan salad.
For dessert, refresh the palate with chilled pineapple gazpacho.
