Pamario Takas

Curonian Spit National Park

Though their emphasis is on healthy recipes and home cooking, the food selection at Pamario Takas is eclectic: burgers, beetroot-cured salmon salads and vegan panna cotta made with rice milk. The restaurant, in a doll's-house-like blue building, spills into a garden where rough-hewn wooden chairs and tables are arranged. With friendly service and reasonably priced wine, you're likely to linger.
