Hyped for all the right reasons, this is Andrew McConnell’s flagship Melbourne restaurant and its attentive, informed staff and joy-inducing dishes make it one of Melbourne’s top places for fine dining. The menu incorporates the best seasonal produce across the à la carte offering, degustation menu (from $170), and casual Sunday lunch designed for sharing ($85).

The bar at the front of the restaurant is a destination itself, with comfortable low chairs, high marble tables and a huge open kitchen scattered with produce. Order fancy 'dude food' like a prime cheeseburger, Melbourne's best fried chicken and an abalone katsu sandwich. No bookings.
