Café Bravo

Berlin

Is it art? Is it a cafe? Is it a bar? Answer: it’s all three. This glass-and-chrome pavilion in the quiet and pretty courtyard of the KW Institute for Contemporary Art was dreamed up by US artist Dan Graham and is a suitably arty refuelling stop on any Scheunenviertel saunter. It serves breakfast, cakes and light meals as well as cocktails at night.
