Opened back in 2013 by a kitesurfing pioneer, this distillery makes some mighty fine rums, which are made with Florida sugarcane and infused with coconut, vanilla and key lime. Try up to eight rums in the shop by buying a shot glass ($10 to $18). The entertaining chef-guided tours in the production room include a tasting.
There's also a mojito-making class (Monday to Friday at 1:30pm and 4:30pm, Saturday at 4:30pm).
