This kosher cake shop and cafe in the former ghetto, dating back to 1953, makes and sells such Jewish kosher favourites as flódni (a three-layer cake with apple, walnut and poppy-seed fillings; 480Ft) and mákos kifli (crescent-shaped biscuits stuffed with poppy seed; 330Ft).

Holiday sweets include kindli (cookies with nuts or poppy seeds) and hamentaschen (‘pocket’ biscuits filled with nuts and poppy seeds or apricot jam) at Purim and lekach (honey and nut pastry) for Rosh Hashanah.
