Lavender and rose, seaweed and lime, and hazelnut and raisin are among the chocolate flavours made by Clare company Wilde Irish Chocolates, which has its factory in Tuamgraney near Lough Derg in the county's east. This shop also sells white and dark chocolate spreads, and fudge such as porter or Irish cream liqueur.
