Cooper Island Beach Club Restaurant

British Virgin Islands

This casual restaurant is a premier gathering spot for boaters. Curried-chicken rotis, jerk pork tenderloin and greenshell mussels in white-wine sauce all have exceptional flavor. The rum bar and on-site solar-powered brewery add to the pleasure. The bar stools made from recycled fishing boats are a nice touch. Make reservations for dinner.
