Wushu Training Centre

Henan

Coming through Shaolin Temple's main entrance, you’ll pass several wǔshù schools for children. On the right, about 500m in, is the Wushu Training Centre, with free performances by the novices – a quintessential part of the Shaolin experience, though some may find parts of the performance uncomfortable to watch. (There is no 9.30am or 5pm show in the off-season.)

Seats do fill up so arrive early if you can.
