Chiringay

South Ibiza

Perched on white sands towards the southern end of Es Cavallet, Chiringay is a lively gay-scene chiringuito with stylish white-and-turquoise decor and DJ sessions from 4pm. It does an impressive line of Spanish-Mediterranean dishes, including paellas, giant salads and a delicious tuna with avocado dressing. It's a 15-minute walk from the Es Cavallet or Platja de Ses Salines car parks.
