Tree Monkey

Penang

As you'd expect of a restaurant adjoining the Tropical Spice Garden, Tree Monkey doesn't offer the town's cheapest dining, but with the view of the sea from its greenery-laden terrace, it's hard to complain. The Thai-dominated menu covers everything from green and red curries to larb (minced chicken salad) and satisfying tom yam (hot and sour) and tom kha (Thai coconut) soups.
