Danat Al Ain Resort

Al Ain

Set within flowery gardens, this resort has a kid-focused pool area set up with slides and a separate one for swimming laps. Although furniture and facilities in the rooms are a tad bland, that won't matter much when you step out on your balcony and take in the view of Jebel Hafeet (request a front-facing room).

Tanjore, considered the best Indian spot in town, and the lively McGettigan's pub are both on-site.
