Hacienda Gripiñas

Central Mountains

Ensconced in a meticulously restored coffee hacienda dating from 1858 and nestled in the shadow of Cerro de Punta, this is a place to relax amid antiques, period coffee posters, big wicker chairs and the breezy balconies. The historical building is dignified and timeless, yet don’t expect coastal-style luxury: the rooms are wonderfully simple, staff slightly indifferent.
