Preserve a few minutes to admire its heritage facade, then follow the spiral stairway down through semi-circular galleries. Prioritize the Bombay Progressives on display – Gaitonde, Raza, Souza, Padamsee – then move on to contemporary names like Nalini Malani. Time your visit for a special exhibition if possible.
