Basilica of St Stephen Treasury

Budapest

The treasury of the Basilica of St Stephen contains ecclesiastical objects, including censers, chalices, ciboria and vestments, plus an unforgettable art deco double monstrance (1938). It's also a veritable shine to Cardinal Mindszenty, and includes his clothing, devotional objects and death mask. The treasury is on the 2nd floor reached via the small lift to the right as you enter the basilica.
