Fans of the ultimate classy cocktail, here’s something to raise a glass to – an espresso martini pop-up is on its way to London, and it’s bottomless.
Following hugely successful events at Ko. Coffee in King's Cross, and several other London locations last year, the nomadic Espresso Martini Society will once again be bringing their bottomless experience to Ko. at the end of the month and start of April. As holders of the world’s largest espresso martini menu in the world, coffee cocktail aficionados can expect to be blown away by the society’s truly unique flavour combinations and daring drink design, as well as a chic and chilled environment in which to enjoy a tipple (or three).
Started in 2018, the Espresso Martini Society has been popping up in venues around London for the past two years, and gaining a huge following in the process, owing to its ever-changing menu of tasty cocktail creations.
The event’s bartenders will of course be serving up endless glasses of the Usual Suspect, a traditional espresso martini recipe mixed to perfection, but drinkers will also be able to sample a few new variations on the classic. A more indulgent experience comes in the form of the Gingernuts, which is made with sweetened gingerbread syrup and a gingerbread garnish, while the Spiced Apple is a real winter warmer. And to really push the boat out, the Hot One is sneakily spiced with red hot chilli – one for daredevil drinkers only we’d wager.
The pop up event takes place on Saturday 28 March and Saturday 4 April for £25 a ticket, which buys cocktail fans a full 90 minutes to sip, sample or simply sink as many different drinks as they like.
