This distillery opened in 2015 and uses Fife-grown barley to create a distinctive Lowland whisky – it takes a minimum of three years' maturation to create a single malt, so the first bottles went on sale in 2018. Meanwhile, one-hour tours explain the process and offer tasting sessions, while the on-site cafe serves excellent tea and scones.
