The potter's studio, a rambling, poster-plastered workshop and gallery, is tucked away near the church in the centre of St-Gervais. Local legend Monsieur Baranger can often be seen at his wheel, where he throws pots, plates, ornaments and vases. Hours are irregular but the workshop usually opens in mornings and afternoons (he'll hang a sign if he goes for a siesta).
