This lakeshore restaurant, managed by Michelin-starred chef Raphaël Vionnet, places an emphasis on just-caught lake fish but dabbles in southern French produce and occasional vegan dishes. Char with lemon confit – in fact, most of the fish dishes – stand out, but many diners are here for Vionnet's playful compositions: perhaps perch with savoury meringue or cocoa nib macarons.
Even the kids' menu (€28) is the height of refinement, with duck and rhubarb sushi and fine ice creams.
