Nostra

Top choice in Laugavegur & Skólavörðustígur

Fine-dining Nostra is where fresh, local ingredients – à la New Nordic Cuisine – are turned into French-inspired multicourse tasting menus, including those for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians. Nostra refers to its menus as 'experiences' and with their intense flavours and picture-perfect presentation, it's not wrong.

The restaurant can be a bit hard to find. Enter at the minimalistic neon sign to the right of the Bónus supermarket and head upstairs.
