A good all-rounder with views of the lake, the Banjo Paterson has a faux-historic stone exterior, a wood-lined bar and an adjoining brasserie serving passable pub meals (such as lamb shank and chicken parma). It's a good specimen of a classic Aussie pub; show up for the regular 'meat raffle' and live music. Kosciuszko Pale Ale is brewed next door.
