Show up at the NPS Visitor Center in Faneuil Hall at least 30 minutes early to snag a spot on one of the free, ranger-led Freedom Trail tours. Each 60-minute tour follows a portion of the Freedom Trail and is limited to 30 people. Alternatively, take a self-guided tour with the NPS Freedom Trail app (www.nps.gov/bost/planyourvisit/app.htm).
