Yogakshema

Choose from long- or short-duration courses conducted in airy, landscaped surrounds at the only accredited Iyengar Yoga Centre in Delhi. Helmed by Nivedita Joshi, the Iyengar Yogakshema also houses a library and heritage shop. Beginners must enrol on the one-month, eight-class introductory course. Those already experienced in Iyengar can attend the walk-in classes (1½ to two hours, ₹1200–1400).
