Sa Cova

North & Interior Ibiza

Just 2km northwest of Sant Mateu d'Aubarca, Sa Cova is an important, family-run Ibizan wine producer (mostly reds), with humble 1990s roots now translated into 25,000 bottles a year. To visit, book ahead by phone; it'll usually organise a tasting session (€18 for four wines, with typical tapas), and often a tour of the vineyard, too.
