Museu Regional d'Artà

Northeastern Mallorca

This little museum opens a window on Artà's fascinating past. There's a natural history section, and another tracing the development of the city through time, with Bronze Age, Talayotic, Punic, Roman and Moorish artefacts, including ceramics, jewellery, bronzes and funerary gifts. There's also space for rotating exhibitions, often featuring local art, traditions and culture.
