Mt Ijen Sunrise Hiking and Discover Experience In North Bali

Your driver as your guide will pick you up at 09:00 p.m in your hotel. From your hotel, you will go to Glilmanuk Harbor in west Bali. It is about 3 and a half hours to reach Gili Manuk Harbor. And at 12:40 from Gili Manuk you will cross by ferry about 30 minutes needed to reach Ketapang Harbor in East Java. You have to know that Bali and Java have a one-hour time difference, so don't be surrprised if you arrive at around 12:40 a.m. in Ketapang. From Ketapang you will ride different car to go to Mount Ijen parking area and it will take about one half hour. At 02:40 a.m. or 03:00 a.m. from start point you will start to climb with your professional guide. The Guide will give you a flashlight because you climb trough the darkness. Normal time needed to climb is about 1 half to 2 hours and you will reach the top of vulcano at least 04:30 a.m. Sunrise time is usally in 05:00 a.m or 05:20 a.m. While waiting for the sunrise your guide will make bonfire because the top temperature is very cold. Other interesting things you will see the amazing view of Mount Ijen with the best panorama and view of other mountain when you climb down. On the way to Pemuteran Village stop by Balinese Restaurant for breakfast, after breakfast your driver will take you check in to the best home stay in Pemuteran with excellent service and accomdation quality.
