Kornati Archipielago Sailing Tour from Zadar

Meet for the start of your cruise at Marina Tankerkomerce in Zadar. Cruise through Zadar channel toward the pass of Mali Ždrelac, passing under the Pašman Bridge that connects the islands of Ugljan and Pašman. Continue on toward the island of Dugi otok. On the way there, you'll be able to see a part of the national park Kornati, and then you'll enter nature park Telašćica. Through the pass called Mala Provesa, enter into the area of the Park of Nature- Telašćica. Here you are docking near salt lake Mir. This lake is situated in the south-western part of the Park. The area abounds with richness of flora and fauna. Within the park is situated a donkey reserve. Coastal or Dinaric donkey is a Croatian breed, and there are 15 donkeys living in Telašćica at the moment. Here you will have free time to have lunch, swim, and walk along coast side of the island, and see unique stone sculptures. This path leads you to the cliffs and one of the most beautiful views of the sea.Continue your cruise toward a small cove for more swimming and enjoying the Adriatic Sea. Private speedboat tour to National park Kornati islands

The tour starts from Zadar port, Marina Tankerkomerc at 9 am, or whenever agreed. On our National Park Kornati tour we take you on a scenic ride through the Zadar channel and in between the islands of Ugljan and Pašman towards Kornati islands. Once we go under the bridge which connects the two islands, we start heading towards our destination. On the way, you’ll see all the beauties of Zadar archipelago from the boat. Crusing at 20mph, you’ll enjoy scenic views of islands of Žut, Sit, Dugi otok, Iž, Lavdara, and of course Kornati. Once passed the bridge in 20 minutes we’ll reach Kornati National Park. This unforgettable group of islands consists of 89 islands, islets and reefs, and is considered a nautical paradise. On our tour, we will take you on a scenic ride and show you many secrets which make Kornati so special. We’ll show you fortresses which were used to guard the area from the attackers in the past, even film a set from the 1950’ which opens up amazing panoramic views perfect for the photo appassionato. Kornati and its white stone hides many secluded and private beaches and we’ll do our best to find you one up to your liking, where you can swim, snorkel and sunbathe. As well, Komati are very well known for its gastronomical offer and it’s freshly caught fish. There are a couple of great authentic restaurants where you can enjoy the gourmet lunch, but you are free to take you food from home if you prefer and we’ll find you a nice place to have a picnic. Before we start heading back you’ll have a stroll underneath the Kornati cliffs, where you’ll be able to see some of the indigenous plants and animal life. Depending on the time in hand, we can make another stop or two for you to have a swim. We tend to do everything up to your preferences, so just share your wishes and we’ll do our best to make them all come true.The Kornati tour (which lasts min. 5 hours) can be prolonged to a Kornati and Telašćica tour in which, after the stroll underneath the cliffs we don’t go directly towards Zadar, but we visit the Park of Nature Telašćica, which is the complete opposite of Kornati. Glooming with plant and animal life, Telašćica is an unusually big bay on the southern side of Dugi otok. The park itself consists of 13 islands and islets, together with 6 islets inside the bay itself. While walking through the park you'll see amazing plant and animal life, geological phenomena, you'll find yourself on top of 60 meters high cliffs, you'll be able to dip your feet in the salty lake, snorkel in the sea, or just chill out on the boat in a seclude part of the bay. National Park Kornati tour, together with the visit to Telašćica bay Park of nature, the tour lasts at least 7 hours.
