Playa Espadilla

Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio & Around

This wide stretch of white sand is found just outside the park entrance, in front of Manuel Antonio village. It's a popular place for families and beach activities like parasailing. There's surf rental here (from US$10 per day), though waves tend to be smaller than other spots nearby (the breaks work in the winter months, not in the summer).
