I’m all about seizing the day. I’ve traveled and lived all over the world, from Sri Lanka and Greece to Ecuador, Zanzibar and Antarctica. I love hardcore adventure – shacking up on the ice for a year, crossing the Pacific by sailboat and scuba-diving in a shark tank. I’ve written about Iceland, France, Italy, Greece and Antarctica and am also passionate about art (I’m a painter) and culture, from food and history to philosophy. My goal: to live large, with kindness, awareness and heart.
