Congress Hall

Congress Hall is where the first legislators met when Philly was the nation's capital. Entrance (no ticket necessary) is through the security checkpoint at Chestnut and 5th Sts. The nation's first two presidents were inaugurated here.

Entrance is by tour (20 minutes) only, March through December. The building is self-guided in January and February.
