Blake Island State Park

Island in Around Seattle

All of Blake Island is a State Park and the only way to get there is by private boat or with Argosy Cruises. The 475-acre island is the birthplace of Seattle's namesake Chief Sealth and has stunning views of Seattle and the Olympic Mountains.

If you opt for using Argosy Cruises, the four-hour visit includes a salmon bake, a native dance and a movie at an old Duwamish Native American village.
